    Congratulations on a fantastic web resource! I have recently finished reading your fascinating book and appreciate the immense amount of research that went into it.

    Having just read Malcolm Gladwell’s ‘Outliers’ I found it interesting to apply some of his material to the Grerat Oom, and wrote about it here:
